I want to make it clear: this isn't about fitting into a size 3 or 6, but about what's healthy for you. Many women, especially as they get older or go through hormonal changes, notice weight fluctuations. Today, we’ll discuss how mental health plays a role in this.

We’ll talk about why food can become a comfort and how it can lead to emotional eating and weight gain. Plus, certain medications for mental health can also contribute to weight gain.

But don't worry, I've got actionable steps to help manage this. 

First, seek professional help to address your mental health. Next, maintain a balanced diet and be mindful of what you’re eating. Stay physically active, even if it’s just walking or cycling. Establish a daily routine with regular meals, exercise, and sufficient sleep. Practice self-care by doing activities you enjoy and spend time outdoors. And lastly, monitor your medications and discuss any concerns with your healthcare provider.

Remember, prioritize your mental health because without it, you can't be the best version of yourself for others.
