Empower U 2 Podcast
“I Forgive Those Who Have Hurt Me.”
In Episode 160, I invite you to join me in a sacred space of healing and reflection. Together, we affirm: “I forgive those who have hurt me.”
I guide you through intentional breaths and gentle reminders that forgiveness isn’t about excusing the pain—it’s about releasing yourself from it. As we breathe and speak truth over our wounds, I encourage you to bring to mind those who have hurt you and begin the process of letting go.
You may not get the apology, you may never hear them acknowledge the damage—but this work, this freedom, is for you.
Forgiveness is not weakness. It’s not about letting others walk all over you. It’s about choosing peace over resentment, courage over bitterness.
In this episode, I remind you that holding on to pain keeps you caged, but forgiveness sets you free to rise.
Through visualization, affirmation, and a lot of heart, I walk with you toward healing. So take a deep breath with me, and let’s begin the journey of saying, “I forgive you.” And when you're ready, “I forgave you.”
